    5. Exchange API Keys

    If you connect exchange API keys, you do so at your own risk. We recommend using read-only API keys when possible. TradePulse AI is not liable for any losses resulting from exchange connectivity or automated trading features.

    6. Prohibited Conduct

    You agree not to: (a) use the platform for market manipulation, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform, (c) share misleading signals or content through community features, (d) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    TradePulse AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any trading losses, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the platform.

    8. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings.

    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
